Not always the patrol police officers in cases of administrative detention of citizens reported Regional centre for providing free secondary legal aid in the field. In General, the issues of the legality of administrative detention and handing over of offenders by employees in the police field for 2016 – 2017 two months of the year bodies of Prosecutor's office of Volyn region initiated 4 criminal proceedings made 36 requirements (24 – in the past, and 12 – in the current year), by results of consideration of which 31 were disciplined 18 officials (10 – in the past, and 8 – current), and the other 5 directions are under consideration.
