During pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings on the fact of having gambling Bershadsky local Prosecutor's office agreed upon a petition to the court on the basis of which Ladyzhyn city court granted permission to search, which was conducted by law enforcement officers in the evening 19.03.2017 in one of the premises on the market square in the town of Ladyzhin, where illegally provided services of gambling. During the search seized 11 of system units with monitors, keyboards and mouse, 2 mobile phones, cash in the amount of 5.5 thousand hryvnia, router, documentation. Currently, the criminal proceedings are conducted necessary investigative actions are assigned to the respective examination on the seized computer's computer technology. For the offense, criminal liability 1 article 203-2 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (Occupation gambling). The sanction of article provides a penalty from ten thousand to forty thousand free minima of incomes of citizens.
