Residents of Ternopil region received 810,7 million hryvnia for the lease of land
As at 1 February in the Ternopil region enclosed 283347 of land lease contracts ( shares) in the amount of 639,2 million. This was announced by the Deputy Director of Department of agroindustrial development of regional state administration Volodymyr Stakhiv. "In the lease is 506,4 thousand hectares of land worth 15 billion 103 million. According to the lease contracts based on the cost of the leased lands rents the average for the region is 4.2% and must be paid according to the contracts 639,2 million. For 2016, the region paid rent in the amount 810,7 million UAH, that is 126,8 % to the final contracts, the amount of the actually paid rent is 5.4 per cent. The calculation is carried out by money of $ 580,2 million hryvnia, grain - 71,9 thousand tons worth 211,6 million UAH. other products - the amount of 18.6 million USD and the provision of various types of services (plowing, cultivation, etc.) in the amount of 234,3 thousand hryvnia," - said Volodymyr Stakhiv. He stated that the greatest rents in the Kremenets district to 10.9 % of rented Kosovskom – 8,7% , Podgaetskii of 6.4 %. The least amount of rent in Bachatskom the district was 3.4%, Zbaraz - 3,5%, Chortkiv to 4.0% .
