In Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region held a seminar "peculiarities of implementation of Executive activities in terms of"
March 28, was held a training seminar for Deputy Directors and prosecutors of local Prosecutor's offices, which are responsible for the implementation of Executive activities, with the participation of the management of Prosecutor's office of area and workers ' control of industry. During the seminar lit more than ten relevant topics of importance for the practice of Executive activities, in particular, with respect to indemnification and elimination of other violations in the sphere of land and forest management, public sector, property rights protection the state practice of the higher specialized courts and the Supreme court of Ukraine for these categories of cases, peculiarities of execution of court decisions.
