Thus, the utility illegally obtained a significant amount of money from consumers as payment for services at inflated prices, than caused damage to the territorial community. On this fact the Prosecutor's office of area began criminal proceedings on signs of the criminal offense provided by part 5 of article 191 UK of Ukraine (assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position committed in especially large sizes). The sanction of specified article provides responsibility in the form of imprisonment for the term from seven till twelve years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities and confiscation of property.
