"This year we expect the subsidy from the state budget to local budgets for the infrastructure of the United territorial communities in the amount of 115 million 554 thousand UAH. This is a resource that allows the presidents of the communities to improve the conditions in all localities in our area. In such circumstances, it is unacceptable that these funds are not used in full and returned to the state budget. As you can see, the government is fulfilling all obligations to unified territorial communities. And heads of communities in this case, it must fulfill obligations to the people who elected them," said Stepan Barna. He stressed that the funds subventions can be directed to the creation of centers of administrative services; reconstruction, alterations, conversion of buildings of budgetary institutions; the construction, reconstruction, major repairs of roads, bridges, passages and communal property; the purchase of vehicles for transportation of children to educational institutions, vehicles of special purpose for utility companies, fire and special rescue equipment and fire rescue equipment; building water supply, drainage, new landfills and remediation of territories, landfills and the like. "As you can see, the range of where to spend the money, wide enough. But as the head of the regional administration I insist on the strength of the prepared projects, as well as draw attention of the heads of the GSS on the need to participate in co-financing, where public funds invested and funds from the regional budget", - said Stepan Barna. Recall that in 2016, the infrastructure 26 of the United territorial communities (construction, reconstruction, major repairs of objects socially-cultural sphere and housing and communal services, purchase of equipment, etc.) from the state budget was sent to the subvention in the amount of 141.6 million.
