In Vinnytsia region the group of entrepreneurs who are cashing in on the budget will meet on court
For the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region completed pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of taking someone else's property by abuse of official of his official position, made in especially large sizes on preliminary arrangement by group of persons. During carrying out a pretrial investigation it is well established that the Director of one of private enterprises while assisting another person took possession of the budget funds received for implementation of repair works on reconstruction of heating systems of schools Vinnytsia region, deliberately overstating the cost of solid fuel boilers of more than three times. As a result of such illegal actions budget suffered damage in especially large size – in the amount of almost 400 thousand UAH. Now the indictment against the aforementioned persons who has committed a criminal offense under part 5 of article 191 UK of Ukraine, is directed to court for consideration in essence. To criminals threatens from 7 till 12 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years and with confiscation of property.
