This was stated during a conversation with journalists the Vice Prime Minister – Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine Gennady Zubko. Vice Prime Minister noted that the successful development of the United community depends on a socially responsible leader who takes on the case. "There are field leaders in Association of communities, and there are areas that, in fact, deprived its citizens of the possibilities to obtain resources for development. Each community, which the Union refused, in two years reform has lost a huge amount of funds. It is the shortfall in taxes, which could remain on the ground, revenue from personal income tax, land, real estate, excise tax, state subventions or DFRR", - said Gennady Zubko. Deputy Prime Minister cited the example of the Zhytomyr region, where by combining the 32 communities in the region received state subvention of 160 million in 2017. "Powerful community that is already United, will be to pull able. And those who hinder the unification process, the result will be one-on-one. And when Ukraine will be a combined 70% of territorial communities will need to take a decision regarding forced annexation", - he stressed.
