Members of the inter-faction about'Union “Green energy change” met with the heads of Lutsk city and Volyn region
In the conference hall of the Department “Center of administrative services in Lutsk” was held a meeting of the delegation of interfractional Association “Green energy developments” with the leaders of the city and region. The meeting participants exchanged experience in the field of energomaterialy. The deputies told about the best Ukrainian and European practices alternative energy sources and “green” legislative initiatives that would promote dialogue between government, business and the public search for consensus on the development of the green energy sector, economy and solutions to environmental problems. The purpose of the working visit of the representatives of the “Green energy changes” was to familiarize with the state of the energy, economy and ecology of Lutsk and Volyn. They visited the facilities of the condominium, which implement energy efficiency measures. Lutsk has good experience in this field, which later formed the basis of the relevant laws adopted in the Verkhovna Rada. Welcoming the guests in our city, Igor Polishchuk said that in Lutsk is actively introducing energy efficiency measures, attracting funds from international institutions. In cooperation with NEFCO implemented several projects that helped to insulate the facades and roofs, replace Windows and doors, upgraded lighting systems and heating networks in separate DOE and city schools. Working with NEFCO continues. The following project provides for full modernization of forty-budgetary institutions. According to Igor Polishchuk, luck is also a leader in the creation of associations of condominiums. Already working 325 condominiums that are combined in the Association. The city government is making efforts for the creation of condominiums, this also contributes to the Fund Igor Palitsa “Only together”.
