The budget Committee supports the initiative to compensate the residents of the Zhytomyr region of the loan for solar power plant
Commission regional Council on budget issues supported the draft decision on compensation to residents of Zhytomyr and a condominium portion of the loan for the equipment and materials with the use of alternative energy sources. According to the Director of the Department of economic development, trade and international cooperation of the regional state administration Alexey Shatilo, 15% of the loan amount will reimburse for the equipment and materials to the use of alternative energy sources, and 20% for private solar power plant. — "The equipment and materials to the use of alternative energy sources – heat pump system for water heating and/or hot water system and solar heating and/or hot water for individuals kompensiruet 15% of the loan amount, but not more than RS 50,000, for osmd, ZHSK – 15% of the loan amount. Private solar power plant and associated additional equipment and materials for individuals will be reimbursed 20% of the loan amount, but not more than 50 000 UAH", – said Alexey Shatilo. In addition, changes in the QE of the population, osmd, ZHSK Zhytomyr regarding the efficient use of energy resources and energy saving for 2015-2018 include increasing the funding for 2017 to 2.5 million UAH. Appropriate changes will be accepted by deputies of regional Council at session which will take place on 6 April 2017.
