Under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of regional development of Ukraine Lev Partskhaladze 4 April, hosted video meeting on-line. According to the head of Ministry of regional development Hopes Bondarchuk, Vinnytsia and Rivne regions – the only regions of Ukraine that have provided the Ministry of regional development lists of regional investment programs and projects that can be implemented at the expense of the Fund in 2017. Among other relevant issues considered at the meeting - implementation of projects on creation of new educational space, which is the beginning of education reform, in particular, of the systemic qualitative changes in the provision of educational services. Such projects provide for reconstruction (overhaul) of schools with the implementation of energy efficiency measures, acquisition of equipment, carrying out high-speed Internet, creating conditions for barrier-free access for persons with reduced mobility and other activities aimed at improving the educational process and development of the child. During the meeting was presented the project on construction of football fields, which aims to increase the involvement of the younger generation to sports, including football. According to the representative of the football Federation of Ukraine Heruli, T. A., in Ukraine it is expected the construction of the plant for the production of artificial turf for football fields that will contribute to the development of sports infrastructure and construction of sports fields with artificial turf. Also at the meeting was presented the project on creation of business incubators, which is aimed at developing an infrastructure of support of small business development. In the regional studios, the meeting was attended by representatives of Departments of international cooperation and regional development, education and science of the regional state administration, the representatives of the United territorial communities of the region.
