After all, the restoration of this school were attracted almost 7 million. And we stand in front of the new room. Now Ulanska students of the school will find new friends, get new knowledge for new desks in the renovated room. I wish you all peace, joy and kindness", - said the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko. To eliminate the above-mentioned problems in the organization of the educational process the question arose about the reconstruction of premises No. 1 Ulanska school. During 2014-2015 the Department of education of Khmelnytskyi regional state administration was commissioned and developed project documentation for the construction object "Reconstruction of school I-III stages of unit ¹1 on Lenin street,12 sec.Ulanov Khmelnitsky region Vinnytsia region". The cost of construction and installation works according to approved design and estimate documentation was 7 923.200 UAH. Funds in the district budget for this scope of work was not provided, so the above project was presented to the competition Commission for the preparation of the assessment and selection of investment programs (projects) that can be realized at the expense of state regional development Fund. As of March 4, 2015 to the Department of education received a report on the review of project documentation in respect of construction projects that can be realized at the expense of state regional development Fund in 2015-2016. The Department of education has taken urgent action to bring the project documentation in accordance with the state of prices in 2015. The cost of design and survey work, obtaining approvals cost the district budget 76 689 UAH.. Based on the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 17, 2015 No. 766-R "On approval of the list of investment programs and regional development projects that can be realized in 2015 at the expense of state regional development Fund". Resulting funds will be allocated to carry out the above works. The customer of construction was construction Department of urban planning and architecture of Vinnitsa regional state administration. At the end of 2015 were commenced construction works on the object construction according to confined agreement. The total cost of works under the contract amounted to UAH 6927,300. Also equity participation from the budget of the district was 732 040 UAH. In 2016-2017 contractor replaced the wooden window frames of plastic; the roof is covered; the reconstruction of the floor decks replacement trees"hardwood on concrete; insulated walls and ceilings with mineral wool and finished with decorative plaster; completed internal bathrooms and interior walls; an internal network of heating and plumbing, as well as external networks of water supply and Sewerage, a flooring, interior decoration. During the reconstruction incorporates the latest technology and modern materials. For means of the regional budget purchased school furniture for an elementary school in the amount of UAH 194 915. For the state budget, purchased equipment for the physics classroom in the amount of 232 675 UAH.
