Members of the parliamentary Commission discussed and agreed on the terms of the project "energy Efficiency in public buildings in the city of Lutsk"
At meeting of the constant Commission of city Council on issues of trade, services and business development of the MPs, Peter Nesteruk, Coastal Victoria, Sergei Pity supported the draft decision on dismissal of the Deputy of the mayor Andrey Kitties and approval of Gregory Adapada the first Deputy of the mayor concerning activity of Executive bodies of city Council and deputies of the mayor concerning activity of Executive bodies of city Council Gregory Pustovit, Alexander Rachkov, Constantine Petrocoke. The Commission members also discussed and agreed on the terms of the Previous Credit project Proposal "energy Efficiency in public buildings in Lutsk". The Director of the Department of budget and Finance and Lily Lowe explained that Lutsk city Council received the Preliminary Credit proposal for the project "energy Efficiency in public buildings in the city of Lutsk". The aim of the Project is implementation of complex of energy saving activities aimed at reduction of volumes of consumption of thermal and electric energy and reducing the fiscal costs of providing forty public sector institutions energy by implementing the following measures: modernization of the system of lighting; installation of automated ITP; replacement/repair of thermal insulation on pipelines; thermal modernization of external walls; replacement of Windows, exterior entrance and balcony doors; thermo roofing ceilings; thermo overlap over drive. The size of the borrowing up to five million euros. Borrowing term – 9 years since the signing of the loan agreement. The loan is repaid in equal semiannual payments in accordance with the terms of the credit agreement, beginning after a grace period.
