The status of pending requests for information in the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region for the i quarter of 2017
To the Prosecutor's office of Rivne region during the first quarter of 2017 received 19 requests in accordance with the requirements of the law of Ukraine "On access to public information", of which the prosecutors reviewed 17. Provides information on 12 requests for information; 3 questioner clarified rules of the law of Ukraine "On access to public information", denied information on query 2; 2 requests sent for supplies to organize the consideration of the proper stewards of information. The greatest number of requests (15) considered by the office of the Prosecutor of the region. Rivne Sarnensky and local prosecutors reviewed 1 request. Often capitals the information on the received wage the leadership of the Prosecutor's office of area and on the issues of pretrial investigation of criminal proceedings, which caused a public outcry and the attention of the public.
