For the principled position of the Prosecutor, 6 April 2017 by the court of Appeal of the Transcarpathian region Rakhiv reverse the decision of the district court and the head of the local government area for the committed administrative offence have been appropriately punished with an administrative fine in the amount of 3 400 UAH. As reported, the head of Tyachiv local Prosecutor's office Stepan Zhovnir, the Prosecutor's office is ongoing analysis of the state of legality in the sphere of prevention of corruption to prevent floor’connected with corruption offences in the public and private spheres of social relations. Thus, according to the results of the Rakhiv district court of the protocols on Commission of one of the leaders of the local government area of administrative offences, floor’linked to corruption (conflict of interest), the latter convicted by the court. However exempt from liability as prescribed by law on the basis of article 22 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses for insignificance. The Prosecutor's office appealed to the court of Appeal this decision and achieved a fair punishment.
