In 2016, carried out major repairs of premises at the expense of co-financing: government subsidy amounted to 1 million 91 thousand UAH, and repairs carried out at the expense of the local budget in the sum about 200 thousand UAH. "The decentralization reform has enormous potential for development. When the community and immediately of depressed villages, as this village [Teterivka] in particular, if it became economically prosperous, a community which has received additional financial resources. And has all the capabilities to invest in infrastructure development, to improving the quality of service provision. Therefore, the process of decentralization, which was initiated 3 years ago, is gaining momentum and people begin to feel positive changes," said Paul Rozenko.
