the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region addressed with the claim in economic court of the region in the interests of the state represented by state property Fund of Ukraine to invalidate and cancel the decision of township Council and the contract of purchase-sale and the recognition of the right of ownership of the property to the state. So, the Executive Committee Strezhevskoi the village Council adopted the decision on the registration of ownership of private immovable state property of the medical boarding house with a total area of more than 6.8 thousand sq m in the Union enterprise. Subsequently, the right to specified property has passed to another private legal person on the basis of the contract of purchase and sale. It is established that the disputed building was eliminated from the state-owned in spite of the requirements of the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and outside the will of the owner in the person of the state property Fund of Ukraine.
