Lutsk: "Movement for health'I"
In most countries have long realized that the health of each citizen is not only a private matter, but one of the state duties. Healthy citizen builds a strong and mighty power that is able to become successful in the modern world. For any person the most valuable thing is her health. However, the state of our body depends not only from the bounty of nature, but also from the careful attitude to your body. Remember: no amount of wealth, fame or high position will not replace you the joyful feeling of a healthy body. To promote a healthy lifestyle in 1950 was founded the world health day, which is celebrated annually on 7 April. On the occasion of world health day municipal establishment "Lutsk city center physical health "Sport for all" of Lutsk city Council" planned from 1 to 8 April, the number of mass sports and physical fitness activities "Movement for health". 2 April in different neighborhoods of the city in the fresh air (the area in front of the entrance to Central Park of culture and rest named after Lesya Ukrainka, stadium LPTU No. 9 sports ground of school No. 21 Playground of the school ¹ 11) was held citywide campaign "Morning exercises for all." Qualified instructors spent a bracing set of exercises. This action KU "Sport for all" every Sunday and invites all not indifferent to their health residents. April 5 in the city Park of culture and rest named after Lesya Ukrainka KZ "Lutsk MFZN "Sport for all" together with KP "municipal Centre of tourism, sport and study of local lore studying youth of the Lutsk city Council" was organized and held competitions on sports orientation "the Maze" among the teams at the place of residence. Participants (58 children) made the maximum attention and effort to overcome the obstacles of the maze, using the map passed the specified number of control points located on a specially created for this location. They fought for every second, because the result depends on speed and thinking speed of the participant. According to the results of intense struggle the winners of competitions in personal offset among girls are: Victoria Shostak (team "Luchesk") – i place Anastasia Mikhalchuk (team "Luchesk") – second place, Diana Andreychuk ("Arrow") – III place. Among boys the winners of the contest were the following members: Alexander Rozi (team "Luchesk") – i place, Andrey Sychevskiy ("Arrow") – II place and Maxim zaderey ("Arrow") – III place. In team classification the places were distributed between the teams KU "Sport for all" in the following order: first place the team "Luchesk" (lead professional Natalia Dinh), II place in the team of "Arrow" (a leading professional Galina Tymoshchuk), III place in the team of "Athlete" (a leading professional Vladimir Nowak). Winners and prize-winners of competitions were awarded with diplomas of the municipal establishment "Lutsk city center physical health "Sport for all" of Lutsk city Council". Thanks to the Director of the KU "the Urban Center of tourism, sport and local lore studying youth of the Lutsk city Council" Andrew RCU for annual assistance in organizing and conducting this event. Also on the occasion of world health day workers KZ "Lutsk MFZN "Sport for all" held at the place of residence in different districts of the city with children and adolescents in a friendly match on volleyball, mini-football, table tennis, outdoor games in the fresh air and drawing competitions on the theme "Movement for health" on paper and pavement. The organization and carrying out of events does not end there. April 6, began competition in volleyball among the teams (boys) at the place of residence of the population in the framework of the Spartakiade of the city.
