For the procedural management of Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region, employees of Department of protection of the economy have become a problem, constantly testing the possible places of their location. In particular, in the framework of criminal proceedings on the fact of providing illegal services in the field of gambling (part 1 of article 203-2 of the Criminal code of Ukraine) suppressed the activity of more than 30 gambling in the province. Workers UZER JO National police of Ukraine jointly with investigators of the Transcarpathian police in the criminal proceedings conducted searches in Uzhgorod and district, Mukachevo and Khust and areas During the searches, found and removed more than 100 system units, 61 monitor, 5 slot machines and other equipment, as well as records with a rough accounting and illegally obtained funds totaling more than 100 thousand UAH. The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of a fine from ten thousand to forty thousand free minima of the income of citizens with confiscation of gambling equipment. Under the procedural leadership of regional Prosecutor's office, the police identify others involved in this illegal activity. Law enforcement officers of the region and will continue to be intransigent to treat the manifestations of violations of the law, including the organization and provision of illegal services of gambling. The activities of such about’objects will be stopped on legal grounds, and those involved in their organization and activities prosecuted.
