Tacso local Prosecutor's office initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of deliberate non-presentation of the Declaration by the person authorised to perform state functions (article 366-1 of the criminal code of Ukraine). As reported by the acting’ties of the head of Tyachiv local Prosecutor's office Victor Kuzan, it was found that a former employee of a company Rakhiv district, being the sub’object of Declaration in accordance with article 45 of the law of Ukraine «On prevention of corruption” by ceasing activity, floor’connected with the functions of the state, since the cessation of such activities, and at the present time, contrary to the requirements of the law, has not submitted the electronic Declaration in the prescribed form. The sanction of article 366-1 of the criminal code of Ukraine prescribes punishment in the form of a fine from two thousand p’atiot to three thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or public works for a term of one hundred n ' fifty to two hundred forty hours, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to two years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
