On-site audit of the condition of pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is taken on control by Prosecutor's office of area. Concerned residents of the area were interested in the question of return to state ownership of illegally occupied land of historical-cultural purposes on the territory komorowska, village Council, land use Veselovsky rural Council and the like. The Deputy Prosecutor of the region Sergey Suhorebrik held a reception of citizens in the city of Bar, which refers to the territorial jurisdiction of the Zhmerinsky local Prosecutor's office. The reception was attended by citizens with an urgent question regarding the status of pre-judicial investigation on criminal proceedings upon roguish actions; the organization of work of the local Prosecutor's office; use of adjacent parcels, and the like. Written requests accepted for review by the Prosecutor's office. All questions, suggestions and orders that citizens appealed to the leaders of the regional Prosecutor's office, under a personal reception of citizens will be examined for their positive decisions. Organization of work with addresses of citizens is one of priority directions of activity of bodies of Prosecutor's office. It is based on the requirements of today and of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine regarding the rule of law in the region and respect for the rights and freedoms of the individual.
