All-Ukrainian month of "Sport for all – a common concern" is sweeping the Ternopil region
the all-Ukrainian month of "Sport for all – a common concern" is held before 30 April will be held in the settlements of Ukraine. The event takes place in cities and small towns of the region. The main purpose of the event is to improve the conditions for regular mass physical culture various segments of the population by place of residence and in places of mass rest of the population. So, our city is cleaning of General educational and sports schools, playgrounds at place of residence of the population. In particular, pupils of sports schools along with the coaches landscaping and places to train. Perhaps, in our time, when very urgent is the problem of physical inactivity – lack of physical activity in children and adults, and children sitting at school, then on the lessons, and then for a computer, it is very important to take their children in for physical culture and sports. Therefore, parents and children themselves must work together to build a Playground in their own residence, to be able to play football, volleyball, to perform the usual morning exercises, exercises to develop strength, for example, bending and straightening the arms in emphasis lying – "pushups", or flexion and extension of hands in the emphasis on parallel bars for boys, or exercises to develop flexibility, not only for children but for adults. Why cleaning as a form of motor activity is necessary for health, and in the context of public importance in this process: sweep the grounds, to throw out last year's debris, paint sports equipment, even the most basic benches or soccer or hockey goal which can serve the simplest training simulator for training in the morning or evening. So, the goals and objectives of the month of "Sport for all – a joint care" – the ordering and arrangement of sports fields on the eve of the spring-summer season by bringing to public participation; to encourage the cooperation of local governments, business entities and public organizations, residents of the housing estates, especially young people, regarding the construction, repair, equipping and maintenance of places for individual and group sessions with various types of physical activity of people at leisure; awareness-raising campaigns with the aim of attracting public attention, public and private institutions and organizations media on the issues of creating conditions for employment by physical culture; the introduction of modern standards of leisure activities and create healthy competition among local communities to ensure the proper conditions for mass physical culture. Winner, prize-winners and 50 most active volunteers in each of the 27 regions of Ukraine will be awarded with diplomas of the all-Ukrainian Center of physical health of population "Sport for all". The organizers – the Department of physical culture and sport of Ternopil regional state administration, Ternopil regional center of physical health of population "Sport for all" – urge everyone to take an active part in the improvement of sports grounds in the community, after all, "Sport for all – a common concern!".
