In the Rivne region Prosecutor's office defended in court the property interests of the territorial community of the city of Varash worth more than 271 million UAH
Rivne district administrative court satisfied the claim of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region, in the interests of the state in the face of a territorial community of the city of Varash and returned to her real estate. We are talking about the housing facilities and social infrastructure (schools, hostels, shops), engineering networks and communications, on the implementation of presidential Decree No. 64/99 of 15.06.1999 and the law of Ukraine "On transfer of objects of right of state and communal property" was consensual Kuznecovsk city Council transferred to municipal property, with the aim of creating favourable conditions for managing business entities that hold these objects. The basis for accepting a Prosecutor's office representative events was the fact that the same local authority, by decision of 28.10.2016 abolished, as illegal, the order of the mayor, 2002, which transmitted data objects to the communal property, whereas under current law, the question of the legality of the adopted local authority decisions can be solved only by the court. With the aim of protecting state interests and property rights of local communities, and also cancellation of illegal decisions Kuznecovsk city Council Prosecutor's office said a lawsuit, which the court considered and satisfied in full.
