The Vinnytsya Prosecutor's office has secured the return of land to the value of almost 28 million to the community
the Decision of the economic court of Vinnytsia region in claims of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region Zobov’was a private enterprise back of Vinnytsia regional state administration and Movski rural Council land industry with an area of 57.4 ha and 13 ha, respectively, in the territory of Mousiko village Council of the Chernivtsi district. The Prosecutor argued that the tenant did not pay systematically rent and made payable for the period 2015-2016 in the amount of almost 800 thousand UAH, violating the requirements of the Law of Ukraine «On lease of land”. In April of this year the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region ensure effective execution of court decisions and the return of private enterprise with acts of acceptance-transmission of Vinnytsia regional state administration 2 land industry with an area of 57.4 hectares worth UAH 22.6 million and Movski rural Parliament 4 plots industry a total area of almost 13 hectares worth UAH 5 mln.
