In Lutsk, the MPs introduced changes to the budget
members of the city Council endorsed the report about execution of budget of the city of Lutsk for the first quarter of 2017. Also was heard a report on amendments to the decision of the city Council from 12.01.2017 No. 17/12 "On the budget of the city of Lutsk in 2017" with the changes brought by the decision from 25.01.2017 No. 18/2, 21.03.2017 No. 20/10. We are talking about the means of fulfillment of the budget of the city a total of more than UAH 100 million. Executing powers of the mayor, the city Council Secretary Igor Polishchuk noted that the redistribution of budget is very balanced. “We tried to consider the interests of all departments, industries that are related to the life of Lucian”, he said. Igor Polishchuk noted that a controversial issue was the increase in wages pre-school, extracurricular educational institutions and vocational training institutions, because the Law, which was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, was not provided. Therefore, the deputies supported the proposal. In General, the funds were directed to the needs of medicine, education, repayment of debts and payment of travel benefits. To the discussion with their own proposals and amendments, joined by deputies Pavlo danilchuk, Artem Zapotocky, Andriy Kozyura, Grigory Pustovit, Nicholas fedyk, Alexander Kravchenko, Alla Nadtochiy, Nikolai Sobocki, Julia Bosenko, Boris smal, Taras Gentleman.
