The adoption of such a program caused by the need to ensure the provision of services on maintenance of the housing stock in the face of rising energy costs, minimum wage, and the lack of housing maintenance enterprises working capital, they have significant accounts payable, in particular for the removal of solid waste. Operating in Chernivtsi tariffs on services on maintenance of houses and adjoining areas were adopted in 2010 and is now fully do not provide reimbursement for their provision. In this situation, the housing repair and maintenance companies need financial support to ensure continuity in the provision of services for housing prior to the introduction of new forms of management of apartment houses. The program includes 7 housing maintenance companies and 6 private companies that provide services on maintenance of houses and adjoining areas. In 2017 it is proposed to provide financial support in the amount of 3.8 million UAH. At the same time the order of the mayor Alexei Kaspruk established a working group for the preparation of the tender for the appointment of an administrator of an apartment building in Chernivtsi. The working group will determine a plan of action for the organization of preparation and holding of the contest to determine the contractor's services for the management of the home , building or group of apartment buildings.
