Chernihiv entrepreneurs discussed the requirements of labor legislation
In Chernihiv on 25 April in the Educational-methodical centre of trade unions held a training seminar on the theme: "How to fulfill all requirements of labour legislation and to reduce the risks of exposure to large amounts of fines." The seminar was organized in the framework of the Program of support of small and average business for 2017-2020 years for individuals-entrepreneurs, executives and accountants of enterprises of production, construction, restaurant management, wholesale business, etc. The participants received information about changes in labor legislation and practical advice on the formation of wages in private enterprises and employees in physical persons – entrepreneurs. We also considered the question of the procedure for certification of skills of workers and working conditions of minors. In addition, the lecturers of the seminar provided clarification on aspects of inspections by inspectors of the Department Gastrula in the Chernihiv region.
