27 APR Bishop of Mukachevo and the Carpathians, Carpathian managing and Ternopil eparchies of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church Victor Bed handed to the mayor Sergey Nadalu medal equal to the Apostles Great Prince Vladimir of Kiev. As the Bishop said, this medal was awarded for personal contribution of the head of Ternopil in the approval of local government and services to the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church. Sergey Nadal thanked him for a high Church award and congratulated him on his appointment as ruling Bishop of the diocese of Ternopil.
