Rivne local Prosecutor's office protects the rights of children-orphans and children deprived of parental care
Under article 8 of the law of Ukraine "On ensuring organizational and legal conditions for social protection of orphans and children deprived of parental care", the state provides complete support for the children. Part 7 of article 8 of the Law graduates from among children-orphans and children deprived of parental care, is provided through the educational institution clothes and the capture and disposable monetary assistance in the amount of not less than six times the subsistence minimum for persons of the corresponding age. However, Rivne local Prosecutor's office found that officials of the Alexandria boarding school I-III degrees these requirements of the law regarding stipulated payments 4 children-graduates of the institution in full has not been paid. In the interests of children-orphans and children deprived of parental care and to restore their violated rights to receive one-time financial assistance prosecutors filed 4 claims in court to demand that the school be assessed and to pay statutory funds. Currently, all the declared Rivne local Prosecutor's office, administrative appeals reviewed the Rivne district court and satisfied in full. Thus, due to the response of the Rivne local Prosecutor's office resumed the rights of children of socially unprotected categories, assessed and paid statutory funds totaling more than 20 thousand UAH.
