4 may 2017 on the basis of the municipal institution "Lutsk center of primary health care" (polyclinic ¹1) began training health workers and social activists: "Tactical aid for injuries "Extreme Help", the international standard TESS, the baseline TLS". Lead the training instructors of the 44th training center, which certified the Ukrainian military-medical Academy, the Estonian defence Academy and the organization of EMSA California USA. Experts Berezan Sergey, Alexey Kavlak and Bojakowska Eugene, who came from the city of Kiev, have experience of participation in hostilities. In particular, Sergei Berezan in 2015 worked in the medical service of the regiment "Azov" (Shirokino, Granite, Lebedinskoye). The 44th training center is a training team, which was formed in 2014 from the project "Medsanbat". Over a period of more than three years, the centre has gained experience in rescue operations and instructors working with the National guard of Ukraine, APU units, the training of the patrol police, special units, health workers, healthcare institutions, the Ministry of emergencies, civil and children. Each of the instructors has trained more than 6 thousand students. The course consists of the theoretical and practical skills aimed at saving lives, stabilizing the injured and transporting them to medical facilities. Classes are conducted according to modern protocols, and standards of NATO. The training is conducted at the initiative and with the assistance of the membership of the charitable organization "Municipal health insurance Fund" (Chairman of the Board Fyodor Koshel), public organization "Hub InnovaLutsk" (Chairman of the Board Denis Derkach) and the health Department of the Lutsk city Council. 5 of may is planned the development of practical skills on rendering first medical aid to victims of road accidents and other emergencies.
