"Given the fact that conditions have improved, we were able to work towards the realization of the project on construction of the road in the direction of Ternopil-Dubno. This section of road is one of the longest in the region and one of the most important. At least 17 thousand units of vehicles passes per day on this road. That is why we have set a goal in the near future about 120 million hryvnia to direct the repair of M-19. The total cost of the project to the border with the Rivne region, is estimated at about 500 million. So every daylight should be used as efficiently as possible to achieve this goal," said Stepan Barna during the inspection of the road. Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration noted that now completely satisfied with the work progress. "It was made cold recycling, installed in two coats. In particular, the first layer is 9 cm asphalt concrete that creates the base for the road was high-quality and about five years we have not been back to repair the road. This is the basis, if we speak about the effective implementation of the project. Now I urge everyone to join the quality control of the repair of the road. It is important that this work conforms to the technical and climatic requirements," added Stepan Barna.
