In Day of memory and reconciliation, acting mayor Igor Polishchuk, Deputy mayor Grigory Pustovit, the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Alexander Stepantsov, first Deputy Chairman of regional Council Alexander Pirozek visited the Volyn regional hospital for disabled veterans. Igor Polishchuk in his welcoming speech noted that the worship of all those killed in the battles of the Second world war, shot in the punitive actions, burned in concentration camps, tortured in the dungeons and all those who gave their lives for Ukraine's independence. He thanked those present at the meeting to the veterans for the great sacrifice, because their best young years had the tumult of war. He also expressed words of gratitude to those who restored our city and the modern heroes who protect territorial integrity of our country in the East of Ukraine. The authorities congratulated everyone who is on treatment in hospital of veterans of the Second world war, soldiers – Afghans and participants of the ATO with Day of the victory over Nazism. They also expressed their sincere gratitude to the staff, who for many years provided expert medical care, is becoming necessary for everyone who's a patient here. Wished everyone good health, strength of spirit, happiness in family, prosperity, respect and honor from people. On the occasion of art groups gave the veterans and the hospital's staff concert.
