Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office went to court in the interests of the state in the face of Messico village Council Ivanchenkova district to Zobov’to bind limited liability company “Friends” to release and return to the community premises with a total area of 31 sq. m. Despite the requirements of current legislation, the lease was not notarized, the certificate of reception-transfer of property Messily rural Council with the company were not concluded, the state registration of the agreement was implemented, thus the Treaty is not applicable. In addition, there was no assessment of the leased property (currently, the value of the leased portion of the premises is 82 000 UAH). Because the lease does not meet the requirements of the current legislation, the Prosecutor's office insists on returning the premises to the territorial community of the village.
