In the Ternopil region more than two dozen ATOVS received land on the highway Lviv
Joint efforts in Ternopil region transparently and honestly continue to provide military personnel the right to obtain land. In particular, the results of the necessary documents to establish and secure the borders of the plots continues on the territory that was once in use TNEU - in the direction of the highway Lviv-Ternopil. Recently the VA. chief of Derzeitiger in Ternopil oblast Viktor Martyniuk presented more than twenty participants of the ATO and the families of dead soldiers the orders on approval of land management documentation for land plots that are transferred to private ownership. Workers of SOE "Ternopil research and design Institute of land management" in accordance, as required by procedure, has made establishing and fixing the boundaries of these areas (outside of Ternopil, in the direction of the highway Lviv-Ternopil – ed.) As stressed by Victor Martynyuk in the Ternopil region the work concerning the priority supply of land combatants continues. Recall that in accordance with paragraph 4 of article 116 of the Land code of Ukraine transfer of land free of property to citizens within the limits defined by the legislation, is carried out once for each purpose.
