Despite the fact that in the course of the trial the defendants guilty as alleged criminal offense is not recognized, Vinogradovsky district court, assessing the state Prosecutor the evidence, agreed with the arguments of the prosecution and recognized residents of the city Vinogradov guilty of assault, sentencing them to punishment in the form of 8 and 7 years imprisonment respectively (part 3 of article 187 of the criminal code of Ukraine - robbery, i.e. assault with intent to seize someone else's property, connected with violence dangerous for the health’I am a person that suffered attacks committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons, connected with the penetration in other room ). We are talking about assault vicinty of three residents of the city, in partnership with a third party (in respect of which materials are allocated in separate criminal proceedings and already on the wanted list) with the use of traumatic weapons, with the aim of taking in cash attacked one of the gas stations M. Vinogradov. But received back from the cashier of the gas station and was later detained by police. Now the Prosecutor's office has made making criminals a just punishment.
