In Zhytomyr region, participants of the ATO and the disabled can choose the resort for recuperation

from Now on vouchers for individuals with disabilities and injured participants of anti-terrorist operation will be procured on the basis of a tripartite agreement (person – Department of labour and social protection – health). People will be able to choose a resort for recuperation, then contact the office, where we examine the institution for compliance with the requirements. This informs the Department of labour and social protection of Zhytomyr regional state administration. According to them, is a tripartite agreement that involves the wire transfer of funds sanatorium institutions for services rendered. This marginal cost vouchers for reimbursement of the cost of sanatorium-resort treatment will be determined annually by the Ministry in coordination with the Ministry of Finance. By order of the Ministry of social policy from 06.04.2017 No. 575 and registered in the Ministry of justice 13.04.2017 No. 493/30361 in 2017 limit the price (bed days) provision of services for sanatorium treatment to some privileged categories of citizens, namely: - to invalids of war from among the injured ATO participants, invalids of General illness and childhood – 5250 (291,7) UAH of value added tax; with disabilities consequences of injuries and diseases of the spine and spinal cord – 18 217 (520,5) UAH of value added tax; - combatants from among the injured participants of the ATO – 6 300 (to 350.0) UAH value added tax; the citizens who accompany group i disabled (with the exception of the disabled with consequences of injuries and diseases of the spine and spinal cord) - 4691 (260,6) UAH value added tax.
