Volyn: condemned the driver who unloaded Lviv debris to Harkovshini
At the position of principle of public prosecutors Gorokhovsky Department Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office, the court ruled a guilty verdict in criminal proceedings about land pollution waste that poses a risk to the environment (a criminal offense under part 1 of article 239 of the Criminal code of Ukraine), the perfect 26-year-old resident of the village of Petropavlovskaya Borschagovka of Kievo-Svyatoshinsky district, Kiev region. As is known in Volyn region, on the night of 09 may 2017 on the forest Berestetskaja forest near the village of Sands Gorokhovsky district, Volyn region was illegally discharged solid waste brought from the city. The driver of one of the trucks and was convicted. Now Gorokhovskiy district court found him guilty of committing a criminal offence and sentenced to a fine in the amount of 200 tax-free minimum incomes of citizens (3400 UAH).
