In the Rivne region, Dubno district resident suspected of killing his mother
Dubenskaya the local Prosecutor's office performs procedural management of pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of intentional murder of the inhabitants of the village of Miners. Her body with obvious signs of violent death was found 15.05.2017 after extinguishing a fire in a residential building where he lived. In the result of carried out Prime investigative actions it is established that the landlady was murdered by suffocation, her 31-year-old son, then committed arson body and housing. The same day employees of Dubno OP police arrested a man on the basis of article 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine and in agreement with the Prosecutor he is reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense provided p. 1 articles 115 UK of Ukraine (premeditated murder). At the initiative of Prosecutor's office of the Dubenskiy district court 17.05.2017 chose to the suspect a measure of restraint in form of detention. Now appointed a number of examinations and performed all the necessary investigations to confirm the guilt of the suspect and bringing him to justice. According to the law a crime punishable by imprisonment for a period of 7 to 15 years.
