claims of bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region court agreed to terminate the contracts of lease 3 land area of over 560 hectares worth UAH 6.3 million, located on the territory Bereznovsky region, and return them to the state. These lease agreements have been concluded between regional state administration and one of the societies in 2014. However, contrary to the Treaty obligations of the lessee for a long time did not pay rent for use of land that led to the shortfall in the budgets. In addition, since the contracts no work on the cultivation of the land which was given to agricultural commodity production, tenant was not carried out. The economic court of Rivne region agreed with the above arguments of the prosecution and ordered the tenant to return the district administration land in a condition not worse compared to those which were obtained in the lease. According to the signed 10.05.2017 acts of transfer and acceptance, the land returned to the state. Thus, the prosecution defended the state's interests in the sphere of land relations and actually returned to the state of over 560 hectares of agricultural land with a total value of 6.3 million UAH.
