Now has 32 GSS and the most important job is development. At our Center is tasked with support of communities, their support and training of specialists in various fields: health, education, spatial planning, and most importantly – help in writing a development Strategy. What are the plans for 2017? Everything is simple – to create in the Zhytomyr region are GTG. Our goal for 2017, according to set by the head of the state administration tasks is 80% of the area should be under GSS. Fully staffed Center? No. Since June 1, the Center will operate consultant of regional development and consultant on issues of decentralization. Just recently, a competition for professionals on communication and financial management. But that's not all – we plan to hold a competition for the position of examiner of municipal cooperation. How long will the Centre? Program "U-LEAD Europe" is a program for Ukraine since the empowerment at the local level is designed for 4 years (2016 and 2020). This program is funded by the European Union together with the countries-members of EU: Germany, Sweden, Poland, Estonia. The budget for the program is 104 million euros.
