In Zhytomyr region told how to form a public Council?
May 22, held the first meeting of the initiative group on preparation of the constituent Assembly for formation of new structure of public Council at the Zhytomyr regional state administration. During the meeting, the initiative group made a decision regarding the acceptance of applications for participation in the constituent Assembly in accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 3 November 2010 ¹ 996 "On ensuring public participation in formation and realization of state policy" (as amended by decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 08.04.2015 No. 234). Attached to the application: * the civic Institute on the delegation to participate in the constituent Assembly representative, who is simultaneously a candidate for election to the member of public Council; * biography of delegated representative of civil society Institute, indicating his surname, name, patronymic, position, place of employment, position in civil society institution, contact information; * copy of an extract from the Unified state register of enterprises and organizations and copy of the Charter (regulations) of the Institute for civil society about the goals and objectives of its activities, certified in the prescribed manner; * information about obtaining the Institute of civil society as the owner of the personal data of its members consent delegated representative for processing of his personal data; * information about the results of the Institute of civil society (information about completed activities, completed projects, completed programs, publications, representation of civil society to the relevant authority a written substantiated proposals and comments on issues of formation and implementation of state policy in respective areas and reporting to the public and the like) during the year prior to the filing date (in the case when the civil society Institute is less than a year, for the period of activity); * information on the whereabouts and email address of the civil society institution, a contact phone number. The quantitative composition of the public Council is determined by the constituent Assembly (by preferential voting for persons who are personally present at the founding meeting and on the basis of nominations made by the institutions of civil society) and can not be more than 35 people. The term of office of the member of the public Council – 2 years. From the public organization may be elected to no more than one representative. During the constituent Assembly, offered by the authorized representative of the initiative group from among candidates in the new composition of the public Council was elected the counting Commission, the Chairman of the meeting, the Secretary heard information of the Chairman or other authorized member of the previous composition of the public Council on its activities, if this Parliament was formed and elected the new composition of the public Council. The decision of the constituent Assembly issued a Protocol, which shall be made within three working days from the date of the founding meeting and signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the constituent Assembly and submitted to the authority.
