According to the mode of operation of these ponds, natural water level in them must be returned to normal before the start of the spawning period. The results of analyses of water samples taken in the river below the ponds showed the presence of "active" chlorine, which according to the norms of ecological safety of water objects used for fisheries, and a list of maximum allowable concentrations for fisheries waters, generally should not be! The damage caused to the environment due to the death of the fish was nearly 273 thousand. Seeing this violation of signs of a crime under part 2 of article 242 (Violation of rules for protection of waters), the materials are sent to the police station GU NP in the Ternopil region.
