For the procedural management of Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office to its logical conclusion reached pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the fact of murder, which occurred in late March in the neighborhood of “Podgorny”.Mukachevo and caused a public outcry among the population. In particular, as reported in Mukachevo local Prosecutor's office approved the indictment in criminal proceedings on charges 42-year-old resident of Mukachevo with premeditated murder (paragraph 1 of article 115 of the criminal code of Ukraine).
