According to the rating Agency "Prorating" the results of IV quarter of 2016 Chernigov took 14 th place in the rating of investment efficiency cities of Ukraine. General assessment of the investment efficiency of Chernihiv was 158 points, which corresponds to the average level (ineD). This was reported by the Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko at the expanded meeting with heads of structural divisions and the municipal enterprises of city Council. As explained in the economic development authority of the city Council, in the IV quarter of 2016 for the first time since the start of the study of investment efficiency of the regional centers of Ukraine, there have been positive dynamics in the development of our city, which has a positive impact on the overall result. Chernigov has shown better results in terms of investment activity. In terms of "Capital investments", given the high rates of growth of volumes of capital investments in October – December last year, our city was 9th among 30 subjects of the study. Due to this, in the overall assessment of investment activity in Chernihiv took 10-th place against the 19th in the fourth quarter of 2015. On indicators of socio-economic efficiency of cities assessment of our city has not changed – 19 place ranking. Reference. The studies were conducted in 22 regional centers of Ukraine, without Severodonetsk and Kramatorsk and 8 cities of regional significance: Alexandria, Berdichev, Belaya Tserkov, Drohobych, Ishmael, monay, Kakhovka, Kremenchuk. The final rating is based on the rating results on two areas: investment activity (capital investment, foreign investment and construction work) and socio-economic impact of the investment (wages, housing construction in operation, the employment of the unemployed and provision of services). Data on achieved socio-economic impact indicate the degree of success of raising funds and their impact on improving the welfare of the community.
