Launched the international investment forum "Invest Ternopil region-2017"
In the Ternopil region started the international investment forum. This event is considered one of the most anticipated sector of the regional economy, because it allows to maximize the present potential of the region as a positive region for investment. The event will last three days – from 24 to 26 may. The first day this year was devoted to establishing closer communications with representatives of diplomatic institutions. In particular, as reported in the office of international cooperation and fundraising Ternopil regional state administration, participation in the Forum will be attended by representatives of 27 countries - including more than three dozen diplomats, including eight Ambassadors, General and honorary consuls of foreign States in Ukraine. Also intend to attend the event Marshal of Subcarpathian Voivodeship of the Republic of Poland – Wladyslaw Ortyl, delegations Taraskovo County (Lithuania), town councils M. Mies Opole province (Poland), M. Barut land Brandenburg (Germany). The forum "Invest Ternopil region-2017" started in Zbarazh castle. Here in the format of "round table" was held official meeting of the region's leadership with the heads and representatives of diplomatic institutions, with the participation of head of the Representative office of the foreign Ministry of Ukraine in Lviv Vyacheslav voynarovsky. As noted during the event, the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna, for the region to enhance international cooperation remains an important area of work. "Over the past two years we have adopted in the field of nearly one hundred and fifty foreign delegations. At the same time, we do not just represent their potential abroad. The more actively we work in this direction, the more joint projects as a humanitarian-social and commercial. And this for its part opens prospects in the educational space, which is extremely important for our young people, especially for Ukraine visa-free regime with the EU, and to create here in the Ternopil region of joint ventures – these investments turn into new jobs", - said Stepan Barna. He gave examples of successful cooperation with France and Switzerland concerning the support of the firefighters and assistance to medical institutions of the region, with Croatia visa support for children of ATO soldiers, Poland in the implementation of projects of historical and cultural heritage, with Japan, Germany and Belgium - in the field of investment in the economy and opening joint ventures in many other countries.
