Dmitry Pankratov: Norway shares his experiences of bioenergy development in the Ternopil region

As you know, this project is implemented within the framework of cooperation in the organization and coordination of actions aimed at the epitome of Norwegian-Ukrainian Project "establishment of the center for bioenergy and management of local energy resources". The aim of the project is the cultivation specialised energy crops, increased production and direct use of bioenergy, the development and implementation of a rational plan of infrastructure for energy security, as well as preparation of specialists for work in this area. The first few years the project is financed by grant funds, but in the future it is planned to become financially sustainable. Because on the basis of this center will be held seminars, forums, and Norwegian technology will study representatives from other regions.
