Evading responsibility a suspect immediately after this suspicion had disappeared and was hiding from law enforcement. By results of carried out operational measures announced in the search for the suspect, arrested in may 2017. At the request of the Prosecutor the court to it elected a measure of restraint in form of detention. The court of appeal, thanks to the professionalism of prosecutors, denied the petition of a lawyer to change the measure of restraint to the suspect on more m'which the court of first instance was upheld. The indictment in criminal proceedings is currently directed to court for consideration in essence. In the case of a conviction it is threatened by punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term up to ten years with confiscation of property.
