Chernivtsi: the design of the first passport in the form of maps is the duty of every person who is at least 14 years
In connection with appeals of territorial units of the office of LCA in Chernivtsi oblast, representatives of religious communities concerning the refusal of registration of passports of the citizen of Ukraine in the form of a plastic card, to inform about the following. In connection with the adoption by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine 26.10.2016, No. 745 changes to the CMU Resolution No. 302 25.03.2015 and "Order of registration, issuance, exchange, transfer, withdrawal, return to the state, the invalidation and destruction of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine" (hereinafter — the "Order"), beginning November 2016 territorial divisions UDMS in Chernivtsi region have stopped receiving applications for registration and issuance of passport of citizen of Ukraine in the form of booklets. According to paragraph 2 of the Order, approved by decree of Cabinet of Ministers ¹745 from 26.10.2016 G., “the Passport is made in the form of a card containing a contactless electronic media”. In paragraph 3 of the said document says that every citizen of Ukraine who has attained 14 years of age must obtain Ukrainian passport. Thus, no one can be exempted from registration of the passport document of a particular legislator of the sample, including religious beliefs. The procedure for obtaining passport of citizen of Ukraine in the form of a map in no way affects religious feelings. Contactless electronic media embedded in the passport document containing the personal data of the owner of the passport document, digitized fingerprints, a digital signature of a person (only from 18 years), Vazirova photos and information that may change during the life — data on the registration of place of residence, number of children, marriage and divorce and the like. Denying your children in the passport of citizen of Ukraine in the form of a plastic card, the parents condemn them to infringement of civil rights and the narrowing of life's possibilities. So, without a passport in the form of cards to minors will be difficult to pass the exam in TESTING and later to go to College, get formal employment and adequate social protection, to leave to study abroad and the like. The advantage of the passport of the new sample is its high degree of protection from fraud and compliance with modern international standards. Included in the contactless electronic carrier of the personal information of a person cannot alter, copy or forge. In the future, the new passport will allow Ukrainian citizens to use various electronic services and to obtain administrative services from the comfort of home.
