Stepan Barna discussed the possibility of development of Ternopil airport with representatives of "CAVOTEC"
We are interested in implementing the global project of Ternopil relative to the start of the airport and are also ready to consider the issues of attracting investments in various spheres of life and the functioning of the economy in Ternopil region. About this said the Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna during a meeting with the Director of "the DRESSER" Peter Yakuba and Manager of this company Lech Mahnovski. During the meeting the Polish representatives of the company "CAVOTEC" indicated that they were interested in cooperation with the Ternopil region, as you can see in our region a lot of potential. "We had the opportunity to see Ternopil airport, in order to be able to engage in meaningful conversation. From what saw there – location, logistics, it, I think that in two months will be able to come with our partner in the region and to continue the particular conversation about the airport. At the same time our main goal is not to run the airport, it will be as an additional focus of our activities. We saw the opportunity to bringing our investor, can create more jobs not only in the airport but in the infrastructure around the airport. The airport is not a key goal is the ability to attract additional investment," said Peter jakubik. The Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Stepan Barna noted that the regional administration is interested in all proposals and ready to cooperate in partnership. At the same time, we focus not only on passenger transport, as well as discussing the possibility of creating freight to carry out shipping of goods from foreign countries.
