By the intervention of the Prosecutor's office of Volyn land in the territory of the archaeological monument returned to public ownership
In pursuance of a decision of the Shatsk district court from 06 April 2017, pronounced under the claim of Prosecutor's office of Volyn region, currently on behalf of the prosecution Department "Centre for administrative services" reversed the decision of the state Registrar of registration service of the Shatsk district administration of justice in the Volyn region on the registration of a citizen's ownership rights to a land plot for personal farming area of 0.15 hectares and worth UAH 241 th., which is located behind borders of settlements of Shatsk village Council. Land returned to state ownership. The basis for the return of her state is the fact that the land was transferred to the property of a citizen in violation of the law of Ukraine "On the protection of cultural heritage", because is located in the amp’archaeological sites of local significance "Settlement and the settlement of the XII-XIV centuries" in the hole "Garden" and can not be privately owned.
